Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM – 5PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collects blood sample by venipuncture, demonstrating skill with patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric. Collection of drug screens.
- Collects and performs all CLIA waived in house test.
- Greets customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Aide in verifying acceptable diagnosis.
- Looks at each chart to determine if an ABN is needed and completes those on all required labs.
- Accepts and completes extra duties as assigned by Clinic Manager.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
Job responsibilities require work constant exposure to noise, lighting, and/or temperature levels. Exposure to irritating, unpleasant, or hazardous elements or conditions (i.e. blood, chemicals, and infectious diseases) is constant.
