We strive to provide a healthy work life balance to our employees, to do this we offer a competitive vacation and sick bank accrual. Employees are eligible for this benefit after only 90 days!
Employee Assistance Program
We care about your mental well-being. Through our partnership with EMPAC, we offer free and confidential counseling and coaching for you and your household.

Hospital Network Discount
At SCK Health we are a family, and who better to care for you than a member of your family? We offer up to $1,000 per year discount to our employees that use services at any SCK Health facility.
Professional Development & Loan Forgiveness
We believe in the importance of promoting from within at SCK Health, giving back to the employees that have given to us. In order to do this, we pride ourselves on offering tuition and education assistance to our full and part-time employees who wish to further their education. As a quasi-governmental entity, SCK health employees may also qualify for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Learn more here.
