SCK Health Announces Leadership Change

The SCK Health Board of Trustees has announced that Leonard Hernandez, CEO, is no
longer with the organization. Changes took effect August 6th, 2024, following Tuesday’s board meeting.

Over the next few months, a national search to recruit a Chief Executive Officer for SCK
Health will be conducted. To ensure a smooth transition for patients, providers, and SCK Health employees, the SCK Health Board of Trustees voted unanimously to name Shannon Gray, CFO, as interim Chief Executive Officer. Chad Beeson, SCK Health Board Chairman, announced “With her knowledge of finance and the job she’s done since being hired, we are confident that Shannon will make a great leader while we search for a new CEO”. Gray has over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has diligently served SCK Health since October of last year.

Gray is optimistic for the future of SCK Health and asks the community for support during
this transition. “We are doing great things at SCK Health and continue to work towards new ways to better serve our community”. SCK Health remains dedicated to delivering high quality care close to home.
